- Are forward thinking and open minded/ adventurous
- See cooking as a hobby rather than a chore
- Cook with mayonnaise as part of the ingredients - Are eloquent and able to express themselves
Task:
-to discuss your attitudes towards cooking in general
-would then like you to cook your (xxx) recipe, and share it with the group. (will be filmed cooking for the recipe)
-There will be 3 other respondents who will also be cooking and sharing a recipe.
-will then all test and discuss the food that has been cooked.
Make sure:
no fasting of the day (especially Malays)
Respondent is NOT vegetarian/ has other dietary requirements (allergy/ religion restrictions)? – in case can’t test other people’s food
They would be happy to share their recipe/ taste others’ food
Prepare Halal food only (for Chinese group)
Please prepare own ingredients that is enough for at least 2 person and only require not more than 1 hour for the cooking session.
